Started up a subsidiary Company of a big Telecom Incumbent (Telefonica) to run their submarine cable activities reaching the position of Chairman and CEO.
Contributed to the undersea and terrestrial construction, operation and capacity sales of the Tyco Global Network (TGN) in EMEA.
Participated in the creation of the first Cable Maintenance Agreements in both Atlantic and Mediterranean, chairing many of their Committees from the cable and ship owner sides.
Project managed the first commercial optical submarine cable in the world owned by Telefonica and manufactured by AT&T as well as many others further on.
Strong experience in managing Consortium Groups for both Construction and Maintenance.
For 10 years, he was member of the Advisory Board of Proa Capital an Iberian Capital Buyout Fund.
